Help a struggling nursing student graduate

Good day everyone, I am humbly knocking on your kind hearts to help a 20-year old graduating nursing student reach her dreams to graduate and continue her treatment for her heart condition.

I am Bren Andrei Triñanes, 25 years old. I am Carla Mae's romantic partner, and I am here to propose this fundraiser to you and seek your kind assistance to help her in achieving her dreams to graduate and possibly put an end to her long-fought battle against her existing heart condition.

About the beneficiary: The beneficiary of this fundraiser is Carla Mae Dela Cruz, living in SJDM, Bulacan. She is a graduating nursing student at Makati Science Technological Institute of the Philippines, and her outstanding balance still stands at Php 4,000. Until this is fulfilled on or before October 23, she cannot take the final exams on October 30.

She also has a heart condition, having a hole in her heart that became worse since she was 14. As of writing, the required treatment involves administration of injectable medicines that is priced at Php 700 per dose and is needed to be done eight (8) times. This is separate from the consultation sessions priced at PHP 1500 per session.

Unfortunately, those eight sessions were not accomplished as lack of source of funds became the problem, and not completing it will definitely reverse the healing process. She experiences chest tightness, specifically what she described as 'striking' pain in her left chest. This affects her almost every day, which she lets me know during our calls. Together with our efforts, we have exhausted every option and source we have to fund the treatment, but we still are shorthanded. Funding has been a challenge, especially now that I am still finding my footing after being out of work last September. She is a hairstylist, but her current state of health needed urgent attention that prompted her to focus on recovery.

In this regard, all proceeds of this fundraiser will go to the above mentioned causes. It will cover her tuition fees, consultation fees and injectable treatment, and other essentials like transportation and food expenses. Any amount will help to push her one step closer to accomplishing the last major exams before she graduates next year, and one step closer in bettering her current health condition and potentially returning to hairstyling.
