Mission

To empower formerly incarcerated individuals and recovering persons through education, livelihood opportunities, mentorship, counseling, and community support, helping them successfully reintegrate into society and create sustainable futures for themselves and their families.

Core Activities

1. Project Bagong Simula

Livelihood and Employment Program

Provides skills training, job matching, resume building, interview coaching, and small business support to help beneficiaries secure sustainable income.

Goal: Reduce unemployment and financial hardship among former inmates and recovering individuals.

2. Project Pagbangon

Recovery and Wellness Program

Offers counseling, support groups, addiction recovery services, mental health workshops, and family healing sessions.

Goal: Promote long-term recovery and emotional well-being.

3. Project Gabay

Mentorship and Reintegration Program

Pairs participants with trained mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support during reintegration.

Goal: Build confidence, accountability, and positive community connections.

4. Project Pangalawang Pagkakataon

Community Awareness and Advocacy Campaign

Conducts seminars, employer partnerships, and public education initiatives that encourage communities and businesses to support second-chance hiring.

Goal: Reduce stigma and create more opportunities for successful reintegration.
