Lucas was born on March 5,2026, He is a very cheerful baby boy who brings laughter to our family. I Rizza Pampang Dela Cruz, a home maker. Lucas’ father is a family driver who earn minimum for their little family. Lucas has sister named Lucia, 3 year old girl who eventually start her schooling soon. 

At 2 months old he has been diagnosed with biliary atresia, a rare and serious liver disease that affects infants. Due to the severity of his condition, we were advised by the doctors and specialist that Liver Transplant is the only way to save his liver and he must undergo as soon as possible or before he reached the age of six month old for higher chances of successful transplant and lesser complications. The estimated cost of the transplant is approximately 29,000 USD alone, which our whole family is struggling to raise despite exhausting our savings and available resources.The said transplant will perform in India(Apollo Hospital) as Philippines is not yet stabilized in performing liver transplant for the baby and young children.

Since his diagnosis, our family has been doing everything possible to provide him with the care he needs. However, the growing medical expenses have placed a significant financial burden on our family, making it increasingly difficult to meet the costs of his ongoing treatment.
