Help Us Raise Funds for Medical Check-up and Medication

We are humbly asking for your kindness and support for our loved one who is currently in need of medical attention, check-ups, and medication.

Recently, we noticed changes in his/her condition, including weakness, yellowing of the skin/eyes, and a drooping or uneven face that may be related to a condition such as Bell’s palsy. However, we do not have a confirmed diagnosis yet, and he/she needs to see a doctor and undergo the necessary medical tests to determine the cause and proper treatment.

The first medical check-up is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, and we are hoping to raise funds to help cover the costs of consultation, laboratory tests, and medicines that may be needed.

Our goal is to raise ₱50,000, but any amount, no matter how small, will be a big help in starting his/her treatment and recovery.
