"I work at an industrial park and want to continue earning an honest living. Unfortunately, uncontrolled type 2 diabetes and a ganglion cyst behind my knee have made walking and performing my job increasingly difficult.

Because of my condition, I have frequently been unable to report for work. My reduced income has made it even harder to afford the medication, medical consultations, tests, and treatment I need. Without proper care, I may continue missing work, which is the very source of income I need to support myself and pay for my recovery.
