Hello, my name is Carmen, and I am 67 years old. Life has been very difficult for me and my family. In the same year, I lost both my husband and my son, a pain that I still carry in my heart every day.

Today, I live with my daughter and my two granddaughters. My daughter is the only one working and doing everything she can to provide for our family's daily needs, education, and living expenses. As a mother, it breaks my heart to see her carrying such a heavy burden alone.
