I’m a 20-year-old working student, and this year, I decided to start working to help fund my education and support my family. I come from a big family—may 6 siblings ako and more than 10 nieces and nephews. My parents are also almost at their senior years, and I want to help them in any way I can habang tinatapos ko rin ang pag-aaral ko.

Since I started working, naging challenging talaga ang pagba-balance ng work and school. I live around 2 hours away from campus, so aside from work and classes, I also had to spend hours commuting. There were days na sobrang puyat ko, and sometimes I would even go through a day with little to no sleep just to keep up with everything.

Eventually, I decided to take a leap of faith and move into an affordable dorm closer to campus. It has made things a little easier, especially with the long commute, but it also means having another expense to worry about while I continue working and studying.

I’m doing my best to support myself and help my family while pursuing my education. Hindi ako humihingi ng tulong para gawin ng iba ang journey ko—I’m simply asking for a little support para mas kayanin kong ipagpatuloy ito.

Any amount, no matter how small, would mean so much to me. Your support would help me with my school and living expenses and give me a better chance to focus on my studies while continuing to work toward my goals.

Maraming salamat sa pagbabasa ng story ko and for believing in my journey. Every bit of support means more than you know. ❤️
