Hello! We are Krizea Jean Ole and Veva D. Sutana, fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering students.

We are currently conducting our undergraduate thesis entitled "Performance Evaluation of a Falcata Granulated Sawdust Activated Carbon System for Treating Nickel Laterite Mine Water: Effects of Operating Parameters." Our research aims to explore a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to treating nickel laterite mine water using activated carbon made from falcata sawdust, a locally available biomass resource.

We are humbly reaching out to ask for your support in helping us complete this research. Our thesis requires laboratory analyses, chemicals, research materials, experimentation, and transportation of samples. Some of the specialized laboratory tests required for our study are not available in Butuan City, which means we need to have them conducted by accredited laboratories outside the city. These additional requirements have significantly increased our research expenses.

The estimated cost of completing our thesis is ₱50,000-₱60,000, which is beyond what we can afford as students. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward laboratory testing, chemicals, research materials, transportation, and other essential research costs needed to complete our study.

By supporting our research, you are helping us contribute to the development of more sustainable and environmentally responsible mining practices in the Philippines. If you are unable to donate, sharing our fundraiser with your family, friends, or community would also mean a great deal to us.

If you would like to verify our student status, thesis, or any information regarding this fundraiser, we would be more than happy to provide supporting documents, such approved thesis proposal or any other information you may need.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for considering supporting our research. Your kindness and generosity, no matter the amount, will help bring this study to life and make a meaningful difference in our academic journey.

Thank you so much, and may God bless you abundantly.
