Triskelions Serve: Agap Sagip Disaster Relief & Resiliency Preparedness
š The Reality: Living in the Eye of the Storm
Situated squarely within the Pacific Ring of Fire and the Western Pacific typhoon belt, the Philippines is systematically battered by an average of 20 tropical cyclones every year, alongside constant threats of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes.
When disaster strikes, the first 48 hours determine whether lives are saved or lost. Unfortunately, traditional humanitarian aid is fundamentally reactive. By the time a disaster hits the news, fundraisers are organized, and corporate aid clears logistical barriers, days have passed. For hard-hit and isolated communities, that delay is critical.
š”ļø The Strategy: Breaking the Cycle with Strategic Depots
We are not waiting for the next headline to mobilize and help. This is a perpetual, 365-day campaign designed to establish a permanent state of readiness across the most vulnerable regions. Our strategy shifts the paradigm from reactive response to proactive positioning.
We are building a network of strategic Emergency Supply Depots located in disaster-prone areas, each depot serving as ready-to-deploy cache containing:
*Food & Clean Water: Non-perishable emergency rations and water purification systems.
* Medical Logistics: First-aid trauma kits, essential medicines, and hygiene modules.
* Fuel & Power: Fuel reserves, generators, and solar-powered lighting and communication solutions.
* Shelter Supplies: Tarpaulins, emergency tents, blankets, and tools for clearing debris.
Because this fund is perpetual, every amount donated fuels an active, ongoing supply chain of relief assets in Emergency Supply Depots, ready to be unlocked for the next disaster
š¤ The Ground Game: Powered by Triskelion Responders
This campaign partners directly with the network of Tau Gamma Phi chapters entrenched in nearly every municipality, city, and province. Local chapters oversee security, inventory control, and maintenance of their regional depots. Within hours of a disaster clearing, local Triskelions can distribute aid directly to the hardest-hit families. By utilizing residents who know the terrain and the people, we eliminate bureaucratic red tape and ensure aid goes directly to local families fairly and efficiently.
š¹ Transparency & Accountability
We commit to a strict governance framework :
* Audit Ledgers: Publicly accessible ledgers will track how funds are allocated to inventory purchases, depot maintenance, and deployment operations.
* Photographic & Video Verification: Every time a depot is restocked or supplies are distributed, real-time photographic and inventory receipts will be posted to this campaign page.
* Proactive Purchasing: To maximize the value of funds, supply items are purchased in bulk directly from local wholesalers, farmers, and manufacturers .
Disasters do not wait for fundraising goals to be met. By contributing today, you ensure that the next time the earth shakes, a typhoon hits, or a volcano erupts, the lifelines are already bought, packed, and waiting.
šØ Our First Relief Operation: Earthquake Response for Glan, Sarangani
On June 8, 2026, a highly destructive magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck the southern coast of Mindanao.
* Tens of thousands displaced, more than 1,200 injured, 31 missing and 61 deaths confirmed.
*Hundreds of buildings and more than 45,500 homes sustained severe damage or complete collapse.
* Widespread power and telecommunications outages, fractured highways, split bridges, and ground liquefaction have heavily constrained access to remote municipalities.
* A State of Calamity has been officially declared in General Santos City, Davao Occidental, and in the municipalities of Glan and Malapatan in Sarangani.
With the early support from Triskelion International of Western Australia, Inc., SOCCSKARGEN Regional Council and Triskelion Council of GenSan, aid is already being delivered to Glan, Sarangani victims.
Though newly-launched and still in response code, Triskelion Serves: Agap Sagip Disaster Relief & Resiliency Preparedness will continue to work with the mentioned Triskelion units to support recovery in the municipality of Glan.
