My father, 50 yrs old, has an enlarged thyroid gland (goiter) and he's now currently admitted in the hospital. Sometimes after drinking the given medicine, he will cough and spit some blood on the sink. Today, while the nurse is checking his vitals, he asked for some water, and the nurse ask him to inhale and exhale to get his oxygen levels, but while doing that, he suddenly choked and spit some blood. Since then, he had a difficulty in drinking too much water and maybe also drinking the medicines.

I think the doctor will advice an emergency removal surgery but we are short financially since the surgery cost is around 200k pesos.
