We are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for your prayers, support, and any help you can extend to our beloved brother-in-law, Kuya Jasper who is currently fighting for his life in the hospital.

What started as a serious illness has become a very difficult battle. He is currently being treated for sepsis, acute kidney failure requiring dialysis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). His condition became critical enough that he needed to be intubated and placed on a breathing tube.

His doctors worked to address the problem, and thankfully, he became responsive again. This gave our family another reason to hold on to hope.

His CT scan has also revealed severe inflammation of the pancreas, with a collection of fluid that may contain infection or pus. His doctors are planning a procedure to remove and examine this fluid to determine whether it is the source of his sepsis and to help identify the appropriate treatment.

The scan also showed small nodules in his abdomen and liver. The doctors are considering several possibilities and further tests are needed before they can determine exactly what these findings mean.

At this moment, he remains in a critical condition and requires intensive medical care, dialysis, medications, laboratory tests, procedures, and close monitoring. His treatment and hospital expenses continue to grow every day.

We are asking for help—not because we have given up, but because we are fighting with him. ❤️

There are still many things the doctors are doing to find the source of the infection, stabilize his organs, and give his body a chance to recover. Every treatment, every procedure, every hour of care is another chance for him to fight.
