Help Save My Father’s Life – Urgent Brain Surgery Needed

On February 24, 2026, around 4:00 PM, my father was involved in a serious accident in Dasmariñas, Cavite while visiting his siblings.

According to witnesses, a jeepney driver was recklessly overtaking another jeepney that was unloading passengers, despite being on a residential road where overtaking is strictly prohibited. Because of this, the jeepney struck my father while he was crossing to the other side of the road.

At that time, I was at work when I received a call from my aunt informing me that my father had been hit by a jeepney. It was a moment that changed everything for our family.

My father was healthy and had no prior medical conditions before the accident. Unfortunately, due to the impact, he is now in critical condition and requires urgent brain surgery.

The driver who caused the accident does not have sufficient financial means to cover my father’s hospitalization. We also reached out to the jeepney operator/owner, but they informed us that they are unable to shoulder the full cost of the operation, which may reach up to ₱500,000.

As the eldest in our family, I am doing everything I can, but I do not have enough savings to cover the medical expenses. It has already been a month since the accident, and our resources are now exhausted.
