I am reaching out to ask for support in funding my long-term physical therapy and rehabilitation.

For some time, I have been dealing with physical limitations that affect my mobility, comfort, and daily activities. These challenges make certain movements difficult and can impact my quality of life. After seeking medical guidance, long-term therapy and rehabilitation have been recommended to help improve my physical function, manage symptoms, and work toward greater independence.

Unfortunately, the costs of ongoing therapy sessions, transportation, medical consultations, and related rehabilitation expenses can be difficult for me to sustain over time. Because of this, I am seeking financial assistance from those who are willing and able to help.

Physical therapy and rehabilitation sessions
