My name is Loujean Abueva Bangkil, and I am a first-year college student taking BSBA Financial Management.

I am humbly asking for help after a serious accident that changed my life. I was traveling with my brother to collect an important school requirement when we were involved in an accident involving a Mitsubishi L300. I suffered a broken leg and had to undergo surgery.

I am now recovering at home, but almost a month has passed and I am still struggling with the expenses needed for my recovery. I need regular medical check-ups to make sure my leg is healing properly. I also still have my surgical staple stitches because we have not had enough money to pay for their removal.

I also do not currently have crutches because we cannot afford to buy them. This makes moving around and going to my medical appointments much more difficult while I am recovering from my broken leg.

The medical expenses have become difficult for my family to manage. We need money for my check-ups, the removal of my staples when the doctor says it is time, medicines, transportation to medical appointments, and other expenses related to my recovery.

At the same time, I am a college student and I am worried about continuing my education. The accident has also affected my ability to attend school and keep up with my school requirements. I don't want to give up on my education because of this situation.

That is why I am asking for your help. Any amount you can give will help me continue receiving the medical care I need and support my education while I recover.
