Help My Parents Fight CKD, TB, and Hypertension

Hi. My name is Jordan Jr., the only son of Chyrel Arroyo and Jordan Sr.
In November last year, my father was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Tuberculosis. His condition has worsened, and today at just 53 years old, he is bed-ridden and weighs only around 34kg.
And just yesterday (March 23, 2026), my mother was rushed to the hospital after nearly fainting. Her blood pressure was dangerously high at 170/140, and one side of her mouth went slightly numb.
I am doing everything I can to support them. I recently left my virtual hotel front desk position to train as a virtual marketing assistant, hoping to secure an HMO for my parents.
But as a trainee, my salary barely gets me through the week, and I am running out of ways to find extra cash for their medical needs, hospital bills, and daily expenses.
We are at a point where we cannot fight this battle alone.

My mother's follow-up checkup.

My mother’s follow-up check-up is scheduled for April 8th. She continues to experience numbness on the right side of her body and constant mild pain in her head.
I pray that the prescribed medications will help her recover soon. Although she insists that she is fine, I remain worried because the pain persists.
I would like her to undergo a CT scan to ensure that nothing serious is being overlooked, especially since hypertension is known as a silent killer. Unfortunately, I do not have enough funds to cover this test.

Continued Medication for my father.

Hi everyone,
I’d like to share my father’s current situation. He has become very thin due to severe weight loss caused by irregular bowel movements. Doctors also suspect internal bleeding, as his red blood cell and platelet counts remain low.
His next check-up is scheduled for April 13, 2026, to confirm whether there is bleeding in his gastrointestinal tract. On the same day, he will also undergo his final evaluation for tuberculosis treatment, which will determine if he has recovered or if another six-month course of medication is needed.
I am reaching out with hope that kind-hearted individuals may extend support. Any amount of donation will help me keep my father alive and also assist in my mother’s continued recovery from her recent hypertension attack.

I am truly thankful to the Lord that she is still with us. There have been no major complications from the high blood pressure episode a few days ago.
Today, she turns 51! I continue to pray for her full recovery. With your additional help, I can provide the medicines she needs for her hypertension and high cholesterol, as well as support my father’s ongoing treatment for TB and CKD.

Discharged from the Hospital

I thank the Lord that my mother’s lab results showed no major complications. She was discharged on the afternoon of 03/26 and is now recovering at home. However, we still need funds for the medicines required to manage her hypertension and high cholesterol.
My father also continues to need medication for his TB and CKD. We were able to find a used wheelchair that only needs minor repairs, which will allow him to go outside and get some sunlight in the mornings. I sincerely hope you will continue to support us as we face these challenges together. 🙏
Mother's 3rd day at the hospital

Her blood pressure is still fluctuating and her lab results showed that her cholesterol level has increased, and her potassium has lowered. She still experiences headaches. I pray that the Lord will help her and my father surpass this trial.
