Help Darshan Improve

My youngest son, Darshan, has Focal Epilepsy (etiology unknown) and ASD2. As a single mom of two kids, who earns only 10,000 pesos per month, it's hard for me to give everything Dashan needs to improve his ability. He needs Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy, which cost 2000 pesos each per session, wherein, the doctor's advice was to do it twice a week. He was diagnosed with Epilepsy since he was 2 and ASD2 since he was 5. But he has never attended any Therapy yet. I can't even bring him to his regular check ups nor get another appointment for his assessment due to lick of financial support. Only his maintenance meds I can fulfill as of the moment. Hope someone can help us this time. Thank you.
