We are raising funds for our beloved father, Romulo Palattao, who is currently confined in the hospital after a sudden medical emergency.

On August 22, 2026, our father suddenly became weak, and we immediately rushed him to the nearest hospital. We later learned that he had experienced a mild stroke, and doctors also discovered that he had pneumonia. Because of his condition, he needed immediate treatment, continuous monitoring, and several medical procedures, including laboratory tests, a CT scan, pulmonary care, cardiac monitoring, and other necessary medical services.

Because the nearest government hospital is quite far from where we live, we could not risk transferring him while his condition was unstable. We are hoping that once he becomes stable, he can safely be transferred to a government hospital to help reduce the ongoing expenses.

However, the medical costs have already become overwhelming for our family. Within only two days, our hospital bill had reached approximately ₱170,000, and it continues to increase as his treatment continues.

Our father is retired and has no regular source of income, while his wife is a housewife with no personal income. Among his children, only one is currently employed. As his eldest daughter, I am doing everything I can to help shoulder his medical expenses, but the growing hospital bills are beyond what our family can manage alone.

We are humbly asking for your help.

The funds raised will be used directly for hospital bills, medicines, laboratory tests, medical procedures, room charges, and other necessary expenses related to our father's treatment and recovery.

Any amount, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with your family, friends, and community would also mean so much to us. And most importantly, we ask for your prayers for our father's recovery.

We are deeply grateful for every person who takes the time to read our story, donate, share, or simply pray for our father. During this difficult and uncertain time, your kindness gives our family hope and strength.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us give our father the chance to continue his treatment and recover. May God bless you and your family abundantly.
