Help to start over, and go to a hospital for checkups

I have been depressed for more than 7 years now since I was 13 due to the passing of my mom. And I had alot of episodes and triggers that brings me to a suicidal attempt, done alot of things and trying to OD for multiple times. But now I'm trying to be better but my body's asking for a repayment. I've been feeling constant pain on my right abdomen that travels through my back and legs. And I'm scared that it is something serious.
