Help my Daughter Fight and Recover

Light is an 11-year-old girl who has been going through a very difficult medical journey involving a loculated pleural effusion — fluid that has collected around her lung and has formed pockets, making it difficult to drain normally.

She has already been hospitalized and undergone treatment and procedures.

Light is now recovering after undergoing VATS surgery at UST Hospital for a loculated pleural effusion (fluid around the lungs). The procedure was successfully completed, and her tubes have already been removed. She is now continuing her medications and treatment while doctors monitor her recovery.

At this time, we are waiting to settle her remaining hospital bill, while daily hospital and treatment expenses continue.
