Help for My Sister with Down Syndrome

My youngest sister has down syndrome. She is 33 years old. Cannot walk and cannot eat properly. She’s been sick for few days until she had seizures and is rushed to the ER. She’s in ICU now and relies on oxygen to be able to breathe. We are running out of funds for her hospital bills and medication.
