Family & Friends, My name is Manolo Flores 47 yrs old, Married with 2 Kids, 13 yrs old and 11 yrs old, I am a CKD Patient, with IGA Nephropathy since 2006, and is currently undergoing dialysis since 2023 (3 years) My doctor advised that it is better to under go kidney transplant before the age of 50.
As I aspire to add more years to my life for my children, as the will soon go to college and my wife needs my support for their education.
In this light, I am humbly asking for the goodness of your heart
