On July 19, 2026, at around 12:00 midnight, our lives changed forever.

A fire, later determined to have been caused by a broken electric meter, spread with terrifying speed through our neighborhood. Within minutes, flames engulfed one house after another, destroying five family homes. We barely had enough time to wake up and run for our lives.

There was no opportunity to gather clothes, important documents, food, medicines, phones, or any of the belongings we had worked so hard to earn. The fire spread so quickly that returning inside was impossible. We escaped with only the clothes we were wearing that night.

While we are deeply grateful that everyone survived, the emotional and financial impact has been overwhelming. In a single night, we lost our home, our memories, and nearly everything we owned. The place where we celebrated birthdays, shared family meals, and felt safe is now gone.

Today, we are asking for your kindness and support as we begin the difficult journey of rebuilding our lives.
