Help Us Settle Our Baby’s Remaining NICU Hospital Bill

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,

Our precious baby was born at just 24 weeks gestation—far too early and far too fragile. From the very beginning, we were faced with uncertainty and fear as our little one fought every single day for life.

For 103 days, our baby stayed in the NICU, surrounded by machines, tubes, and monitors, but also by the incredible care and dedication of doctors and nurses who never gave up. Through every critical moment, every prayer, and every small improvement, our baby showed us what it truly means to be a fighter.

By God’s grace, on May 21, our baby finally graduated from the NICU and came home to us. That day was a miracle we will forever be grateful for. We are deeply thankful to everyone who prayed for us, supported us, and stood by our side through the hardest season of our lives.

But even as we celebrate this blessing, our journey is still far from over.

To bring our baby home, we had to sign a promissory note with collateral to the hospital because we were unable to fully settle our medical bills at discharge. Our remaining hospital balance is ₱537,517.34.

We used my husband’s motorcycle as collateral. It is not just a vehicle—it is his only means of work and our family’s primary source of income. We are doing everything we can to pay our balance, but it has been very difficult. Our baby still has follow-up check-ups and ongoing needs, and we are also trying to provide essential care and supplies at home. Because of this, we have not been able to catch up with the growing debt, which continues to increase due to 12% monthly interest.

We are humbly and sincerely asking for your help. Any amount, no matter how small, means so much to us. It will not just help reduce our financial burden—it will also give us the peace of mind to focus fully on caring for our baby without constant fear and worry.

We would also be deeply grateful if you could help us by sharing our story with your friends, family, and networks. Even that simple act of kindness can make a difference we may never be able to repay.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your generosity. You are part of our baby’s journey, and we will always carry that gratitude with us.

With all our love and sincere thanks,
