Help me start a better life

Hi, I’m from the Philippines. I am 22 years old, female. Iwould like to ask for help with my situation.I am currently in big debt . I have almost ₱200,000 in debt that accumulated over the past years and months. My salary is only ₱10,000 per month as i live in the province, and I cannot afford to pay my debts. Most of these debts were due to our daily expenses during the pandemic until now.I only started working last July 2025, so it is only now that I have a somewhat stable income. Before that, I did not have a regular job, which made it even harder to manage our expenses.I honestly don’t know what I should do anymore.My mother works in Hong Kong as a domestic helper. However, her salary is not enough to fully support us. I couldn’t tell her about my struggles because I had a baby at the age of 21, and I felt that I disappointed her. Since I was in college, I have tried my best to provide for our daily needs. I even tried selling clothes and starting small businesses to help with expenses, but it still wasn’t enough.The cost of living is very high now, and it is very difficult to budget ₱15,000 per month for food, transportation, electricity, internet, and other necessities when I only earn ₱10,000.I sincerely hope you can help me.
