Help Me Keep My Two Cats Safe, Healthy & Home
There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost. I was overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and there were moments when I questioned whether I wanted to keep going. During one of the darkest chapters of my life, these two little cats came into my world. They gave me something I didn't realize I needed a reason to get out of bed every morning, someone to care for and a reminder that I was still needed.
They don't know the battles I've faced but every purr, every cuddle and every time they waited for me at the door reminded me that I wasn't alone. They helped me rediscover hope when I struggled to find it myself. While healing has been a journey with many sources of support, they became an important part of that journey and gave me comfort during some of my hardest days.
That's why this fundraiser means so much to me. I'm not simply asking for help with travel expenses or pet supplies. I'm asking for the chance to keep my little family together. They have been there for me through my hardest moments, and now I'm doing everything I can to be there for them.
Help Me Keep My Little Family Together
Hi, my name is Sue and these two beautiful 7-month-old cats have completely changed my life.
Some people see pets. I see family.
They've been by my side during moments when life felt uncertain. They don't know if I've had a bad day, lost sleep, or worried about tomorrow they simply curl up beside me, wait for me at the door and love me unconditionally. They don't care about my struggles. To them, I'm simply "Mom."
That's why this fundraiser is so important to me.
I never want money to be the reason they're separated from the person they trust most.
I'm currently preparing to move back to my province to start over and build a simple, peaceful home where we can live together with our other rescued cats. It's a fresh beginning I've been working toward, and I want these two to be part of every chapter that comes next.
To make that possible, I need to bring them with me safely.
Unfortunately, traveling with pets by air isn't as simple as buying a ticket. Each cat needs veterinary examinations, vaccinations, health certificates, permits, and airline travel requirements. These expenses cost at least ₱10,000 per cat or around ₱20,000 for both.
On top of that, their daily needs are simple but essential:
🐾 Around ₱2,000 every two weeks for food
🐾 Around ₱600 for litter
I'm doing everything I can to provide for them and I will continue to do so. I'm not looking for someone else to take responsibility for my cats but I simply need a little help during a difficult season so I can keep the promise I made to them.
When I adopted them, they didn't get to choose who would care for them.
I chose them.
And from that moment, I promised they would never have to wonder if they were loved or if they had a home.
Every donation, no matter the amount, helps us stay together. It helps give them a safe journey, a warm home in the province and the chance to grow up surrounded by people who love them.
If you're unable to donate, sharing our story means just as much. Sometimes kindness spreads further than we realize.
One day, when I'm back on my feet, I hope to help another person or another animal the way someone helped us today. I truly believe in paying kindness forward.
From me, and from two tiny hearts who have no idea how many people might be rooting for them...
Thank you.
❤️ Because home isn't just a place—it's being together. 🐾
