Born normal not until she reached the age 18 she got to work to help her parents but when she come home she never acts like before , we tried so many times to get help and give her check ups of what happen but we never succeed and now 23 years of mentally retarded please help us find a better mental health Care's for her . We pray and hope for her healing until now, but sad to say cannot afford of expenses.
