Help Me Start All Over Again

My name is Joan Marie and my mother is Emeteria Anita. She is 79 yrs old. She has Alzheimer's, Diabetes Mellitus, Pneumonia and a Heart Condition. She was hospitalized last October and November of 2025 and February of this year 2026. She was almost 1 week at the Intensive Care Unit last November. The hospital bill almost drained our money. Every 3 months there are laboratory tests and doctors fee aside from daily maintenance she needs to take. She is also using disposable diapers and under pads because of urinary incontinence.

I live with my mother and it's just the two of us in the house. I am her caregiver. I can't hire a caregiver because I can't afford their salary that's why I gave up work to take care of her. I am having a hard time now paying the bills. My mother has small pension but not enough. We need a service also for my mother when she has a schedule for laboratory tests and check up and I am thinking of having a tricycle to be used and it can generate income for us through boundary.
