My sister is struggling overseas right now. She’s been sick for three weeks and have been to the hospital a few times already. We have been in a very difficult financial situation since last year and we’ve exhausted everything we have to support her medical bills but it got worse recently and she’s been pooping blood a lot (5x a day) and getting weaker. They have advised to get medical treatment but we have nothing to pay for it. She cant leave either because of her job and visa and we can’t go there to care for her as we also don’t have enough for the ticket and other expenses. The exchange rate is enormous
