Help Me Walk Again for My Children
I never thought I’d have to write something like this…...
I am a single mother raising two children on my own. I’ve been working nonstop to support them and give them the life they deserve.
Right now, I’m going through a very difficult time. I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, which is now affecting my ability to walk properly. My doctor has advised that I need to undergo surgery soon to avoid permanent nerve damage.
I have been given two options. One is a more permanent solution, but it is very costly. The other is a less invasive, temporary fix. Given my current situation, I have decided to proceed with the temporary surgery. Even so, the cost is still significant, and despite doing everything I can to manage, I cannot delay this any longer.
At the same time, I am the only one providing for my family. Even stepping away from work, even temporarily, is something I struggle with but I know I have to face this so I can recover and continue being there for my children the way they deserve.
There was a moment that truly broke me as a mother… I missed one of the most important days of my youngest child her graduation because I was in the hospital. That day, it was just her and her 13-year-old sister. No parent beside them.
To all the mothers out there, you will understand how heavy that is. That’s something I carry with me, and something I never want to happen again.
I am humbly reaching out for any form of financial assistance to help me proceed with the surgery even the temporary one and to support my family during this time. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean so much to us and will help me get back on my feet for my children.
If you’re unable to help financially, even sharing this post would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support. 🤍
