I’m not creating this campaign because I’m fighting for my life or because I’m unable to live my daily routine.

I’m 24 years old. I work, I can walk, dance, climb mountains, and live a pretty normal life. Most days, you’d never guess my heart occasionally decides to act like it’s auditioning for a dramatic medical TV show 🫀😆.

The issue is that my condition is unpredictable. Without warning, my heart can suddenly race due to an “extra” electrical pathway. It’s uncomfortable, a little scary, and always inconvenient. But I’m still very much here, functioning, and usually just trying to pretend I’m not internally yelling “hey, can we not do this right now?”

My cardiologist has recommended a Radiofrequency Ablation with 3D Mapping, a procedure that targets and fixes the extra electrical pathway causing these episodes. It’s not an emergency situation, but it is the kind of thing that helps prevent future episodes and reduces long-term risks.

And now for the part that is the emergency: the cost. Because in this economy?! My heart really picked the worst possible time to act like it comes from a mafia family with premium healthcare benefits.

I’ll be honest, asking for help doesn’t come naturally to me. There are many people facing far more serious challenges, and I don’t want to dramatize mine. If you’re unable to donate, I completely understand. Truly. Your kindness, good thoughts, or even just sharing this means a lot already.

I’m not doing this because I can’t live my life right now. I’m doing it because I’d like to keep living it without my heart randomly deciding to throw surprise rave parties in my chest 😆🎉.
