In the heart of the Tamboboan community stands a church building with a simple but meaningful dream behind it: to create a safe and welcoming place where people can gather, encounter God, grow in faith, and walk together as a community.

Tamboboan Advent Christian Church has always believed that a church is more than walls, roofs, and concrete. A church is a place where lives are changed, families are strengthened, young people discover their purpose, children learn the values of faith, and people who are hurting can find hope and belonging.

However, our church building remains unfinished.

For many years, our congregation has continued to worship, fellowship, pray, teach, and serve despite the limitations of our current facilities. We have seen children grow, families come together, and individuals take meaningful steps in their relationship with God. Yet we also recognize the growing need for a more secure, functional, and suitable place where these activities can continue and reach more people.

The Dream of a Finished Church Building

The goal of completing the Tamboboan Advent Christian Church building is not simply to finish a construction project. Our goal is to finish a place where ministry can flourish.

Once completed, the building will provide a dedicated space for regular worship services, prayer gatherings, Bible studies, discipleship activities, youth and children's programs, community fellowship, and other activities that encourage spiritual and personal growth.

We envision this building becoming a home for people who are searching for faith, families looking for a spiritual community, young people who need guidance, and individuals who simply need a place where they can be heard, welcomed, and encouraged.

Why This Matters to the Community

In a world where many people experience loneliness, uncertainty, broken relationships, and spiritual confusion, communities need places where people can find hope and meaningful relationships.

Through the completion of this building, Tamboboan Advent Christian Church hopes to strengthen its ministry not only for its existing members but also for the wider community.

A finished church building will allow us to create more opportunities for spiritual gatherings and community activities. It will give us the capacity to welcome more people and develop ministries that respond to the needs of children, youth, families, and individuals.

Our Goal Through BAYANIHANph

We are bringing this project to BAYANIHANph because we believe that great things become possible when people come together for a common purpose.

The Filipino spirit of bayanihan reminds us that a community becomes stronger when people share what they can—whether through resources, skills, prayers, time, encouragement, or generosity.

We may not be able to complete this building alone, but we believe we do not have to.

Every contribution, regardless of its size, can become part of this story.

A bag of cement.

A piece of construction material.

Our dream does not end when the construction is completed.
