# Help Kylie Fight for Her Future: A Mother's Plea for Medical Assistance

There are moments in life when a family needs more than strength and courage. Sometimes, we need the kindness and generosity of others to help us face challenges that are simply too difficult to carry alone.

Today, I am reaching out as a mother, asking for your help and support for my daughter, Kylie.

Kylie is a down-to-earth, kind, caring, cheerful, and hardworking woman. She is strong and independent, with big dreams of building a brighter future for herself and her two beautiful daughters, ages 6 and 9. Her children are her greatest priority, and everything she hopes to achieve is closely connected to giving them a better life.

Unfortunately, Kylie is now facing a serious medical challenge involving a mass in her left breast. Her medical investigations include specialized immunohistochemistry testing, which identified PD-L1 expression. Her medical team needs to interpret these findings alongside her other clinical results to determine the most appropriate treatment.

**THE FINANCIAL CHALLENGE**

One of the treatments being considered in connection with her medical evaluation is Keytruda (pembrolizumab), an immunotherapy medication.

The estimated cost shared with our family is approximately **₱500,000 per session**. This is an enormous financial responsibility, particularly when multiple treatment sessions may be necessary. The total amount needed will depend on her doctor's treatment plan and the number of sessions prescribed.

Aside from the medication itself, there may also be additional expenses for consultations, laboratory examinations, diagnostic procedures, hospital services, and other necessary medical care.

We are therefore seeking financial assistance to help Kylie access the medical care recommended by her doctors without allowing the financial burden to become an additional obstacle.

As her mother, one of my greatest wishes is to see Kylie overcome this difficult chapter and have the opportunity to continue living her dreams. I want her to see her daughters grow, experience life's beautiful moments with them, and continue building the future she has always hoped for.
