Cherry has been diagnosed with Rheumatic Heart Disease Mitral Valve Stenosis severe stage which means her left valve in the heart is not opening property and needs an immediate heart surgery to either repair or replace it. She was hospitalized in Chong Hua Hospital recently due to the condition and was advised for an immediate surgery. She lives in Cebu and waiting for an exact date of her operation due to the preferred operating room not yet available in Perpetual Succour Hospital.
