I am the eldest daughter of six children, and I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for help for my family.

Last June, my mother suffered a stroke. Since then, our lives have changed completely. She now needs constant care, medicine, proper nutrition, and assistance with even the simplest things. We also desperately need a wheelchair so we can safely move her around, especially because most of us are girls and it has become very difficult for us to carry and transfer her.

Our family is struggling financially. There are times when we don’t even have enough money for food, and there are days when we have to choose between buying what my mother needs and having enough to eat. On top of this, we still have rent and other basic household expenses to pay.

As the eldest of six children, it breaks my heart to see my mother suffering while knowing that we don’t have enough resources to give her everything she needs. We are doing our best with whatever we have, but sometimes our best is simply not enough.

We are asking for any kind of help—no matter how small. Donations will help us buy a wheelchair, medicines, food, and other necessities for my mother’s recovery, as well as help us keep up with our basic living expenses.
