Hello everyone,

My name is Jhonsen, and I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support for my Tatay and our family.

My Tatay is currently 61 years old and will be turning 62 this coming July 4. He began experiencing weakness when he was around 45 years old. As the years passed, his condition gradually worsened, making everyday activities more difficult for him.

What makes this even more concerning is that my Tatay is not the only one in our family who has experienced this. Many of our relatives have developed similar symptoms, both men and women. The condition usually starts when they are around their 30s or 40s, and over time they slowly lose strength, making it harder to stand, walk, move, and perform daily activities.

For many years, our family simply accepted this as something that happened to our relatives. Because of financial difficulties and limited access to medical care, not even one affected family member has undergone a complete medical evaluation to determine the exact cause of this condition.

Today, I am creating this fundraiser because we want to finally seek professional medical help. Our goal is to bring my Tatay for consultations, laboratory tests, and specialist evaluations so we can understand what this condition truly is and whether there are treatments that can help not only him but possibly other members of our family who are experiencing the same struggle.

Because my Tatay's condition has progressed over many years, we expect that the cost of consultations, laboratory tests, specialist evaluations, transportation, and other necessary medical expenses may reach approximately ₱15,000 to ₱20,000 or more, depending on the doctors' recommendations and findings.

As a family with limited financial resources, this amount is very difficult for us to afford on our own. This is why we are humbly asking for your support.

We are not asking for luxury or comfort. We are asking for a chance to find answers. For years, our family has lived with uncertainty, watching our loved ones gradually lose their strength without knowing why.

Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward medical consultations, diagnostic tests, transportation, and other necessary healthcare expenses. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign with others would mean just as much.
