Renal measurements (cm): Length x Width x Thickness x Parenchymal thickness an Right kidney 12_2 x 6.2 x 7_1 x 2.1 Left kidney 12.51 x 5.0 x 52 x 2.7 Both kidneys show multiple caldfications in the medullar; junction with the largest in the right in the inferior pcle measuring 0.6 cm while that in the left is 03 cm. The right collecting system and proximal ureter markedly dilated down to the level of 14 where a calculus is loped measuring 12 x 1_0 x (18 cm (mean HU 1354). Adrenal glands, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, stomach and intestines, aorta, appendix, urinary bladder, and uterus are normal_ Round lytic bone lesion is noted in the vertebral body of 14 measuring 1► x L4 an Multiple lytic C.113.11ges are likewise noted in the ilia, ischia and proximal femurs. Visualized lungs are clear.
