Help Salina Rebuild a Safe Home for Her Family

We are raising funds for Salina Aguirre, a 64-year-old grandmother who has spent years working as a domestic helper in Saudi Arabia to support her family back home in the Philippines.

Salina is the sole financial provider for her large family, including her sick father, her daughters, and her grandchildren. Despite her age, she continues to work far away from the people she loves because they depend on her for their everyday needs and well-being.

Recently, Salina and her family suffered a devastating loss when their home was destroyed as a result of severe flooding and typhoons in the Philippines. The house that gave her family shelter and security is now gone.

For Salina, this loss is especially heartbreaking. At 64 years old, she worries about the day when she will eventually have to stop working and return home. After spending so many years supporting everyone around her, she now fears that she may have no safe home to return to.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help Salina and her family build a simple, safe, and secure home that can accommodate her sick father, daughters, grandchildren, and Salina herself when she eventually returns to the Philippines.

The funds raised will go toward construction materials, labor, and the basic necessities required to rebuild their family home. We are not trying to build anything extravagant—just a safe place where this family can live together and begin rebuilding their lives.
