Our home was burned totally last March 22,2026 while we were attending church worship. We live in the outskirts of Brgy Pansol, in Kaingin 1, but the land was within the premises of MWSS, Balara. After the fire we were no longer allowed to rebuild our home. We were temporarily staying at the Brgy. Hall evacuation center. My children are studying at Balara High School, incoming Grade 8 and Grade 9 this June 2026. All of their books, bags and uniforms burned. The govt said that there will be relocation but we have to wait with no certain assurance when and where. It's school opening already and we need to secure a place near the school. Buying a house is too expensive so we are looking for SANLA-TIRA houses which instead of renting a house on a monthly basis you would pay a certain amount for s certain time period, and after that time period or end of contract you will get what you paid after you leave the place. Example: a small house for P100k for 2 years, after 2 years you will leave the place and you will get back your 100k back. And if he can't give the whole amount, you can still stay until he can finally return back your payment. I think this is our best option while waiting for the promised relocation by the LGU and also not to hamper the schooling of my children.
