My friend is terribly sick, he's constantly on oxygen. His partner left him & He's left with 2 kids to take care of & one of which has the same condition as him.

He no longer has parents & relatives don't seem to provide assistance. He was referred to a charity where his case was approved but he still needs 10k for the doctor's fee, as well as miscellaneous & or meds after the operation.

He may need more than 10k
