How the Funds Will Be Used

1. Dialysis Treatment Assistance (50%)

Many patients require 2–3 dialysis sessions per week. Funds will help cover treatment costs not fully subsidized by government programs.

2. Medicines and Medical Supplies (20%)

Many dialysis patients require maintenance medicines to manage blood pressure, anemia, infections, and other complications.

Funds may cover:

* Maintenance medications

* Vitamins and supplements

* Medical consumables

* Laboratory tests

3. Transportation Assistance (15%)

A significant number of patients travel long distances multiple times each week to receive treatment.

Funds may cover:

* Transportation allowances

* Ambulance support when necessary

* Travel assistance for rural patients

4. Nutritional Support Program (10%)

Dialysis patients require specialized diets to remain healthy and avoid complications.

Funds may cover:

* Nutritional food packs

* Renal-friendly meal assistance

* Dietary supplements

5. Emergency Patient Assistance Fund (5%)

Reserved for urgent patient needs such as:

* Emergency hospitalization

* Medical procedures

* Critical medication requirements
