Medical Assistance for my Mother Ailyn Azucena
Campaign Gallery
My mother, 'Ailyn Azucena', has always been the kind of woman who puts her family before herself. She is a loving mother, a source of strength in our home, and someone who never hesitated to help others even when she had very little. Today, however, she is the one who needs help and as her child, I am doing everything I can to fight for her life.
Recently, our family was shaken when my mother was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with **acute intraparenchymal hemorrhage (rule out stroke) affecting the right side of her brain, with complications that require close monitoring, medication, and continuous medical care. This condition came suddenly and without warning. In just a short time, our normal life turned into days and nights spent in hospital corridors, praying and hoping for her recovery.
She is currently confined at 'Healthway FEU-NRMF Medical Center', where doctors are doing their best to stabilize her condition. While we are deeply grateful for the medical team’s efforts, the reality is that her treatment comes with overwhelming costs. The hospital bills continue to rise each day, and despite exhausting our limited resources, we are struggling to keep up.
Our family does not come from wealth. We rely only on modest income, and the sudden burden of medical expenses has pushed us to the edge emotionally, physically, and financially. Still, we refuse to give up. Every child hopes to see their mother smile again, to hear her voice, and to have more time together. That hope is what keeps us going.
With humility and sincerity, we are reaching out to kind-hearted individuals and institutions for 'medical assistance'. Any help — whether financial aid, support for hospital bills, or assistance with medications will be a lifeline for our family. More than money, it is hope that you are giving us: hope that my mother can continue her treatment and recover, and hope that our family can get through this painful chapter together.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read my mother’s story. Your compassion, prayers, and support in any form mean more than words can express. In helping my mother, you are helping an entire family hold on to hope.
